Our Support Staff Deserve a ‘Meaningful Seat at the Table!’

Support staff are the essential employees that transport our students, keep our schools clean and in safe working order, support students with special needs, and ensure each school site runs smoothly.

MCPS Support Staff can declare support for an election in order to win a ‘Meaningful Seat at the Table’ to collectively bargain on issues that improve working conditions.
